  • Do you need a degree to go to college? :) Joking aside, you definitely do not need to be fit to start CrossFit. Less than 30% of our new members have tried CrossFit before and our classes always have a variety of ages, shapes, sizes, and experience levels. Most importantly, we always start newcomers with our OnRamp program that teaches you the fundamentals of CrossFit in a safe and effective way. So don’t worry about your current level of fitness, it’s about where you’re going, not where you are today.

  • A 2019 study of over 400 participants showed the rate of injuries per 1,000 hours of CrossFit training was 3.24 — on par with regular strength training, and about half that of recreational street running! So CrossFit is actually safer than jogging, believe it or not. But that’s not all: our coaches know the importance of a good warm-up and scaling down movements in order to perform them safely. All of our classes emphasize excellent technique at all levels of fitness. So, no, we don’t think CrossFit is particularly dangerous. In fact, at Brazen Fitness, it’s about as safe as it gets.

  • Group class plans start around $189 for 8 classes/month. Personal training prices are anywhere in the $80-$120 per session depending on the package. If you want more information, click on the Pricing button on the main menu above!

  • First off, please make sure to check with a professional to rule out serious medical scenarios that may worsen with exercise. If you have done that, then know that our general stance on injuries is that motion is a necessary part of recovery so we rarely advocate for complete rest. Instead, we prefer to partner with you on substituting movements in class and managing load so that you can keep on training. Our coaching staff is here to listen and help you adapt.
